Since the mid-1980s, Clint Black has been one of the most consistent voices in popular country music. He's best known for songs like "When I Said I Do," "Like the Rain" and "A Better Man," and his album Killin' Time produced an impressive five number one singles. Black and his band pulled into the Ridgefield Playhouse this afternoon following a nine hour bus ride that should've taken four (thanks to the storm) and they're determined to put on a great show tonight, as scheduled. It's an intimate venue for such a big-selling artist, and tonight's performance is bound to be special.
Tickets are still available, for $75, and though the roads are slippery, they'll be passable (but drive carefully out there!). Visit ridgefieldplayhouse.org for more info.
