Brooklyn's Dirty Projectors are back another full-length, Swing Lo Magellan, out this past Tuesday July 10 on Domino Records. It's a rhythm-driven, highly syncopated record overflowing with beautiful harmonies and some noodly guitars. You can listen to the record in its entirety on Spotify. "The Socialites" stands out as my favorite track so far, one I haven't really been able to turn off for the last couple days. Amber Coffman's voice is the stuff indie girls' dreams are made of, especially when giving concerts in our cars or showers. Check it out:
