Night hikes can be filled with romance, given the right circumstances. The New Canaan Nature Center is offering a hike through their grounds this Saturday at dusk that's inspired by Shakespeare, entitled A Midsummer Night's Dream Night Hike. It's aimed at the young and the "young at heart," and will involve seeking out the prettier woodland creatures, observing fireflies and soaking up the beauty of the woods at sundown. For those more interested in the creepy-crawly side of nature, check out the Spider Soiree at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center instead.
