Author Mike Urban, of Old Saybrook, has been to at least 75 lobster shacks around New England. We know this because he wrote a book called Lobster Shacks: A Road-Trip Guide to New England's Best Lobster Joints in which he profiles his top 75, each with a historical background and biographical portraits of the owners. (Sounds like a pretty awesome life, doesn't it?) Urban will be at the Ferguson Library in Stamford on Wednesday evening to discuss and sign his book, and to spread the word on where to get the tastiest, butteriest crustaceans in the Northeast.
