Medical marijuana bill is slated to be voted on by the state senate this Friday, May 4 (May 2, 2012)

Medical Marijuana is almost upon us in Connecticut, but the bill could still get shot down without public outcry. Now is the time for supporters, particularly potential legitimate patients, to call CT state senators and (intelligently) tell them why you support it, and explain to them that as your representative you would like them to vote in favor of the bill. It is scheduled to be voted on this Friday, May 4.

CT Norml is working very hard to help this pass, but they can't do it alone. Here are a couple of reposts from their Facebook page. This is last call. If the bill passes the senate, it will become law (Malloy has promised he will sign it). If it fails, then we're done. It all comes down to this.
