Little has changed since The Corner Pug won this category last year, but that's not a bad thing. "Same menu, same staff, same great food," says general manager Chris Foley. "Almost all of the items sell consistently well. We've maintained prices for the last four years." Aside from the beloved mac and cheese, The Corner Pug's repertoire also includes a killer Reuben sandwich and a popular steak and cheese wrap. Foley especially enjoys working the door of the business, prizing his daily interactions with customers. "It's always wonderful to speak to people -- to learn a little about them and they learn a little bit about you," he adds.
