Cousins Frank Kwok and David Cheng took over Great Taste when Kwok’s father, who opened the Zagat-rated New Britain mainstay 25 years ago, retired in 2006. Nowadays, Kwok and Cheng’s Great Taste still serves Szechuan and Cantonese classics with a modern twist. "We do incredible live lobster specials," says Kwok. "And the Peking Duck is the best in the state."
