It’s an odd choice, but it seems a lot of people are eating wings and hooking up at Sliders. Maybe it’s the sports -- athletics get people hot; hot wings get people hot -- or maybe it’s the jukebox. Director of operations Scott Brophy says it’s a pretty good jukebox, one of those Internet ones where you can pretty much download whatever you want. Or maybe it’s the mix: "We have a pretty good crowd of older people and younger people, and a good happy hour," says Brophy. "It’s just a crowded place."
