Winners and Losers in Obama's New Budget
The Obama administration has put money behind its message with the release of its fiscal 2011 budget. The $3.8 trillion federal budget boosts spending in some areas, such as education and job-creation, but cuts spending elsewhere.

LOSER: The Wealthy
The budget will let Bush administration tax cuts expire for households making more than $250,000 a year, using the additional funds to offset the deficit.
