Kathleen Turner Returns to the Long Wharf Theatre in 'The Killing of Sister George'

Kathleen Turner returns to the (now newly renovated) Long Wharf Theatre stage beginning Nov. 28, as she directs and stars in The Killing of Sister George. The comedy, written by Frank Marcus in 1964, centers on June Buckridge, a radio program star by day as Sister George on "Applehurst," and a gin-chugging, cigar-munching hard ass by night. When Buckridge's character is set to be axed from the show, she starts to raise hell.
