January Joiner Playing at the Long Wharf in New Haven Through Feb. 10

January is a time rife with crowded gyms full of people trying to make good on their resolutions. It's also the time most of us realize there's no point and give up on said resolutions. Long Wharf Theater's current production takes a look at beauty and image culture with January Joiner: A Weight Loss Horror Comedy, where we get a peek at a high-end weight loss spa in Florida and learn valuable lessons from title character January Joiner. The show runs through Feb. 10, so check it out before it evaporates.
