Phoenix Theater Company presents the modern-day gospel of the ever-popular musical Godspell, in which a bunch of young New Yorkers (pictured) take off time from their busy schedules for quality time with J.C. They sing, dance and goof around, and when Jesus is crucified in a junkyard, they carry his carry him back out into the streets. It's a lot more fun than it sounds; in fact, it's touching and generally entertaining, with songs that'll be stuck in your head until Easter.
