As Halloween draws closer, we find ourselves wanting to explore darker sides of the psyche. Curtain Call's new production Wait Until Dark is happy to assist. A smooth-talking psychopath talks his way into the home of a blind woman named Suzy. Suzy has something valuable that the crazy dude wants to get his hands on, and watching this unfold onstage for those of us with working vision is — suspenseful. It probes the question: Which frightens us more, the evil you can see coming or the one you can't?
