Tommy Femia is a man. Let's get that out of the way up front. But his imitation of Judy Garland's voice and mannerisms is pretty spot on. He'll be at the Bijou Theatre Friday night accompanied by his musical director, Connecticut native David Maiocco, to perform the show he's been honing at the NYC cabaret club Don't Tell Mama for the past 20 seasons. It's called Judy Garland Live!, and it's the closest you're going to come to ever seeing Judy Garland live, 40 years after her death.
