Macadamia nut gazpacho, pineapple and beet salad and micro cilantro paired with Silver Whiskey - Western Oat or a Silver City Minute, made with High West Silver, cucumber, thyme and simple syrup.
Salmon with brown rice, cherry tomato and pancetta vinaigrette paired with Double Rye or a Doc Holliday, made with Double Rye, strawberry, lime juice, lemon juice and depaz cane syrup.
Duck, with blubery habanero BBQ sauce and sweet potato hash, paired with Son of Bourye or a Bourye Manhatta, made with Bourye and boissiere sweet vermouth.
Corn panna cotta paired with Rocky Mountain Rye, aged 21 years.
