NoRa Cupcake Truck Descends on Billings Forge Winter Farmers' Market on Nov. 1

Halloween ends tonight, but the opportunities for gratuitous sugar fixes in Hartford continue into tomorrow, when NoRa will park their skull and crossbones festooned cupcake truck outside of the Billings Forge Winter Farmer’s Market, located at The Studio at Billings Forge, from 11am -2 pm.
