Spend Labor Day weekend as if you were on vacation in Greece at Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church's annual Odyssey: A Greek Festival. From Aug. 31-Sept. 3, you'll have the opportunity to brush up on all things Greek, like dance, cooking demonstrations, lectures and tours and more. Traditional Greek favorites will be served up, including glyka (Greek pastires), spanakopita (spinach pie), and pastitisio (Greek-style lasagna).
