Top 10 Actors To Play The Next Spawn
Everyone loves superhero flicks. And seeing as how the two biggest superhero movies of the summer (The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises) have come and gone, all we can do is look for the next big thing. Well, we're in luck. In addition to a few new X-Men films and another Superman movie, a remake of Spawn is in the works. In anticipation of its release, here are a list of 10 likely actors who could play the part of Spawn.

Samuel L. Jackson
Being Hollywood's highest grossing film actor of all time, there's no part that Samuel L. Jackson can't handle. Jackson portrays characters with high energy and spunk that definitely matches Spawn's mortal self, Albert Francis "Al" Simmons, a highly gifted soldier/assassin who later becomes the demonic spawn we all know and love. Remember, Jackson has also portrayed various roles in many other superhero films including Jumper (2008), Iron man (2008), Iron Man 2 (2010), Thor (2011), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and The Avengers (2011). Surprisingly, he has never gotten a leading part. Just imagine Jackson saying one of those cheesy superhero one-liners after he defeats an enemy - and mix that in with Jackson's overall sass? Yah.... awesome.
