Pipe Organ Music at Wesleyan on 9/22, as Part of The Music Uncertainty Series

Conlon Nancarrow would be proud: The Uncertainty Music Series heads to Wesleyan for a new music concert of pieces for computer-controlled pipe organ, featuring works by composers Forbes Graham, Ben Klein, Brian Parks, Dean Rosenthal, Carl Testa and Michael Winter. Wesleyan's pipe organ (pictured) has a built-in MIDI input (of course it does) that allows young upstart composers to get wired in and sequence what it plays. The possibilities are mind-boggling. (Hope that thing's insured.)
