Summer's at its peak. If you head over to Hartford's Butler-McCook House on Tuesday night, you'll hear some superb jazz, performed by alto saxophonist and composer Yunie Mojica (pictured) and her Quintet. And you're welcome to pack a snack, but if you forget, grab some grub from the onsite Lucky Taco truck, then grab an Italian ice, courtesy of Chet's. Outdoor living, Hartford-style: gotta love it. Upcoming events in the series include the Latino Son Project on Aug. 14 and the XY Eli Band on Aug. 21.
