Bridgeport has got an arena, and it knows how to use it. In the coming months, there are some big shows lined up there. Here's the rundown.
Sept. 1: American Idol Live. Featuring a handful of contestants who can actually sing.
Sept. 15: Carrie Underwood. Get countrified.
Oct. 10: Rush. Prog megastars.
Oct. 18-21: Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus. It all started right here in Bridgeport.
Dec. 4: Neil Young and Crazy Horse. Neil will bring his hardest rocking band, and the entire floor is general admission.
