Courtney Love sure knows how to make a scene. For a while there, she was on the road with a band and calling it Hole even though she was the only remaining member from the group. But now she's just using her own name to tour — probably a smart move, or at least a more authentic move. When she was a kid, her dad briefly managed the Grateful Dead, and you can see her at five years old in the group photo on the back of their Aoxomoxoa album. And then she married Kurt Cobain and gave birth to his child, Frances Bean, who is now 20. And then a whole bunch of other stuff happened. Thursday she'll be at the Capitol Theatre, and the show could go any variety of different directions depending on the whims stemming from Love's infamous moods.
