Indigo Girls

Females love the Indigo Girls. Universally. All humans born with female anatomy can't get enough of them. It's a proven fact. Just ask any scientist. The duo, consisting of Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, have been making music since 1985, and maybe generations of males feel like they've been left out of some secret club. And we're OK with that. They're LGBT icons, and they were happily outspoken against George W. Bush and his backwards policies, outspokenness we heartily agreed with and approved of. If you're a dude, the music itself might not resonate with you — but your girlfriend is going to love it.
