Celebrate Autumn With the Connecticut Art Trail's Fall Events
It's fall, people. Get out there and take a hayride, drink cider, pick apples, smash pumpkins — do whatever your heart tells you to do. Or try this: the Connecticut Art Trail has organized a series of autumnal events taking place at the Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington (including Hay Day on Oct. 6), the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme (their annual Wee Faerie Village opens on Oct. 4) and the Greenwich Historical Society (they'll throw one helluva Fall Festival and Scarecrow Competition on Oct. 13). Check arttrail.org for event details. And bring a sweater.
