Green Wheels: In a Nervous Economy, Expensive Green Cars Are Down

It's a great time to buy a hybrid or electric car! Or is it? As I write this, I'm looking at last week's crazy performance of the stock market, which comes on the heels of the enervating debate on the debt ceiling, and follows stagnant numbers on job creation and economic growth. The plain fact is that you'll pay more for a hybrid or battery vehicle, and a lot of people aren't in a position to do that right now.
