With locations in Hartford, Canton and Millbury, Mass., Feng’s notorious for dishing out mind-blowing sushi rolls with creative combinations of fresh ingredients. “We have the most unique sushi,” said vice president Enrique Gutierrez. “So many different ingredients put together, and not just Japanese, but all kinds of French fusion elements.” But there’s more: Feng also offers Kobe beef (try it carpaccio-style, Gutierrez suggested) and seasonal fish from Japan, including king madai, a seasonal Japanese snapper. “The main thing is freshness,” said president Bill Chen.
