Not all business owners will rave about their clientele, but two-time dry cleaners winner Jon Kim does. “Every single customer is so nice,” says Kim, who has been running Friendly Cleaners on the Post Road in downtown Fairfield for six years. Kim, who already spends typically more than 12 hours a day at the full-service dry cleaners, is gearing up for the business' busy season as customers throughout Fairfield, Southport and Westport put away their winter weeds and break out their spring and summer garb. He says he'll keep putting in the hours to make his customers happy. “They're almost like a family,” he says.
