Yes indeed, something close to all of the pasta you'll find at any of the three Quattro Pazzi locations (Stamford, Norwalk and Fairfield) is house-made, which tells us in broad strokes why chef Biagio Riccio's restaurants continue to draw accolades from diners and critics. There's fresh fettuccine, with chopped crabmeat, shrimp and scallops in a pink cognac sauce, whole-wheat tagliolini with artichokes, chickpeas and pancetta in garlic and oil. With 18 pastas to choose from, it's also worth mentioning that Quattro Pazzi has succulent gluten-free options as well. Dig in.
