Manager Michael Tumbali says that people love Kona's happy hour because of the great energy and atmosphere and the always-hopping 15 patio tables. They offer sushi and pizza appetizers as well as value drinks from margaritas to cosmos to sake bombers. (The happy hour, um, hours, are weekdays from 3 until 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. until 12 a.m. Saturday, get a happy hour deal from 1 until 5 p.m. or 10 p.m. until 12 a.m.) “We tend to grab people when they get out of work and want to kick back: business people,” says Tumbali. “People that need to catch the train back to New York — and those that just jumped off the train from New York."
