Are there any classic cocktails making a comeback?
A lot of people are drinking gin martinis again. Appletinis are out, old-school martinis are in. Also, the other day I made about 30 Rusty Nails. They were all for people in the same party, so it might have just been a random and demographic thing.
What's been the drinking trend/fad of the summer?
People coming in right off the golf course and we're not even on a golf course.
Are you allowed to accept a drink if offered?
No, and I've never been allowed to drink at any bar I've worked at.
What do you do to increase your tip?
I flirt with guys and make each one of them feel like they are the only one here. And I bend over when I need to.
