What's a good New Year's Eve cocktail?
I would recommend orange vodka, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and a champagne floater. Very festive, I serve it straight up in a martini glass.

When do things start heating up on New Year's Eve?
Around 10:30. Everyone is trying to "feel good" before midnight and by 10:30 people are at their destination, where they want to ring in the new year.

We have a wide range. We have Macallon 12 year and 18 year. We have Highland Park, Lagavulin, Smokehead, The Arron Malt, Laphroaig, Oban, The Balvenie and Glenmorangic. Scotch and whiskey are some of the trendiest liquors out there now.
Tell me about your small-batch bourbons.
We have some of the best small batches in Connecticut. We have five different small batches; Knob Creek, Knob Creek Rye, Jefferson, Elijah Craig and Corsair. We sell a lot of bourbons.
