What's different about La Boca since it's relocated?

It's a lot bigger, the bar is huge, it's brighter than our previous location. Our menu has expanded, we have a rotating BBQ every Monday. We have live jazz on Thursday. Aside from that, most of the staff is the same, same customers, although we are much busier since we moved out of the North End.

What cocktails are you making for summer?

Sangria, both red and white and the recipe is actually mine. It's fruity, it's light and people who order them always get more than one.

The apricot brandy and Peach Tree make all the difference.

What is the dumbest question someone has asked you?

I've had someone ask me if our salsa was good.

Is there a drink that people order that would make you think they're probably an alcoholic?

When someone says they can't taste the alcohol in one of our margarita's, I start to wonder.

We put a shot and a half of tequila plus a half a shot Triple Sec in each margarita. How can anyone not taste the alcohol in that?
