What's the history/origin of the margarita?
There are a few theories. There was a Mexican woman who lived in Texas at the turn of the century and she wanted to entertain guests at her home. All she had to offer them was tequila but she wanted something to go with the tequila, so she had a lime and made her own lime juice. She also added a little Cointreau and served the cocktail over ice.
How many can you serve before you have to cut someone off?
The standard is one per hour. However, that doesn't dictate whether or not we shut them off after one. You never know what someone's circumstances are. They could have walked here. They may not be driving; they may be ordering dinner. If we notice that someone is showing signs of inebriation then we cut off.
What's the best drunk confession you've heard?
