How often do you see trends in drinks change?
I find trends change along with the season which is a pretty natural transition. Bailey's and flavored liquors are popular in the winter and margaritas and mojitos in the summer. Right now flavor bombs are popular. We serve them as drinks as opposed to a shot. Flavor bombs are your choice of any flavor vodka and Red Bull. Most women don't like Jager, so the vodka appeals to everyone. We just got in a new flavored vodka called Dude which tastes like Mountain Dew soda.
What the best breakfast after a night of drinking?
The greasiest thing you can get your hands on. When people wake up after a night of drinking it's usually lunch time. So I guess the answer would be anywhere that serves breakfast all day. I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast sandwiches.
What the biggest payout you've seen during bar bingo?
Fifty dollars because we only have 50 dollar cards. Wednesday is bar bingo night. We also have poker night which is Monday and there is $25 buy-in for that. We have foosball and ping pong and free pool on Sundays.
