We get a lot of requests for the Black Widow, which is a medium-bodied lager. It has a coffee-bean taste to it. We don't have it year-round, unfortunately, but people ask for it. It's eclectic; it has body and it's a microbrew.
What's the most difficult thing about closing at the end of the night?
We are one of the last restaurants and bars to close in this area so we get a lot of servers from other restaurants and bars who come in after midnight and want to order some food and drinks. So we get off here very late and last call is sometimes difficult. It's a pro as well as a con.

Other servers from nearby restaurants will talk about their bad guests. They talk about all the gossip that goes on in their restaurant, who's doing what, who's sleeping with who.
