The Ninth Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Dance in New Haven

Once a year, we take a day to honor Martin Luther King Jr. On that day for the past nine years, Connecticut Dance Alliance has presented a day-long celebration of King with master dance classes, followed by a performance celebrating some of the ideals King himself held and shared with the world. This year's program is Creating Your Own Voice, which explores whether dance can be your "voice." While the deadline to register for the classes has passed, the showcase performance is open to the public.
