In Making Tracks, Laurie Frick used contemporary apps like Fitbit, OpenPaths and an iPhone camera to compile the results from 90 days of surveillance, assembling her findings into a huge floor-to-ceiling grid. It's the type of art that encourages self-discovery by comparing the world we think we live in with what we actually spend our time doing (which usually involves technology of some sort). The opening reception will be held Jan. 17, 2013.
