Using glass, wood, textiles, rhinestones and precious metals, New Britain native Marc Swanson returns to his hometown with 12 mixed media works, including "Untitled (88 Box)" (2008, pictured), that reflect the artist's personal folklore as well as his lifelong struggle to define what it means to be masculine.
