As non-flying creatures, us humans are limited in the perspectives from which we can view the world around us. Birds, on the other hand, can effortlessly take in some stunning aerial views of the scenery below. With the advent of planes, hot air balloons and really tall buildings, people finally got a chance to catch a glimpse of the way things look from above. And it still seems kind of strange and foreign and beautiful to us. Bird's Eye View is the new exhibit at Westport Arts Center, and it's got photos, paintings and drawings that depict cities, roads and people as seen from high in the sky.
