Harry’s has been serving up thin-crust gourmet pizza and great service to West Hartford loyals since 1991 and sees no sign of slowing down. Understandably, general manager Joshua Frost is hush-hush about what makes a great pie. "We take a lot of pride in recipes," says Frost, "but we can’t go into detail about those." Best seller? "The Godmother," says Frost, "a red pie with fresh mozzarella, asparagus, crispy pancetta and fresh oregano." Daaaamn.
