Rats Are Taking Over New York City

Hurricane Sandy caused massive destruction in Connecticut. The damage could take weeks to clean up and it could be even longer until people get their lives back together. There is one consolation, however: we are much better off than people in New York City. Not only did NYC suffer massive devastation and flooding, but now, rats are coming to take over the city.
