Girl Drunkenly Wanders Into Stranger's Home, Gets Shot, Then Gets Charged With Trespassing

Colorado, which is quickly becoming the new Florida, saw another strange incident happen this week. A 21-year old college student who got drunk, wandered into a multi-million dollar mansion, and was promptly shot her in the hip by the homeowner, is now being charged with felony trespassing. Because taking a bullet to the ovaries is apparently not enough justice. But wait, there’s more! Turns out the college student was given a date rape drug earlier in the night. Also, the wife of the homeowner was being stalked, hence the homeowner’s “shoot first, ask questions later” approach. And to top it off, the guy’s name is Timothy Justice, which is just awesome.
