State Department of Consumer Protection officials are planning to conduct their first big hearing on proposed regulations for Connecticut's medical marijuana system for April 22.
Here's a link to the 74-page plan for regulating medical pot in this state.
And here is the Advocate's original Jan. 24th post on the new regulations.
So far, according to state officials, more than 250 Connecticut residents have signed up to be designated as medical marijuana patients who can legally buy pot for their conditions when it becomes available.
The April 22 consumer protection hearing on the new regs is scheduled to take place at the department's headquarters in Hartford.
