Ladies, can we all agree that leggings are not pants? I hope we can. I've been shaking my fist and shouting to the heavens about this for what seems like forever, but apparently the message has not caught on. Leggings. Are Not. Pants. I still cannot get the image of all of the underwears I've seen through people's leggings-as-pants. One particularly stripey pair I could see while at Union Station some time last year still haunts me. Gentlemen, I have heard all of your arguments for leggings and yoga pants, and I still do not care. I do not wish to see every guy walking around outside in ballet tights.
Naturally, because it's Monday and I'm feeling exceptionally finger-waggy today, I wanted to share this post from Her Campus affirming everything I've ever said or felt about leggings. I forget how I came across this gem, as I've now been thinking of butts for far too long. Enjoy.
