Financial Slump = Fewer Diapers

There is little to say about this, except oh...dear. Things are bad.

Although the data is apparently slightly difficult to process (especially when factors like birth rate come into play) recent research suggests that these financially tough times mean parents are buying fewer diapers.

And accordingly - I guess - statistics show sales of diaper rash cream are up.

The New York Daily News last month also touched on the subject, reporting that in addition to babies, perhaps, being changed less often, some parents may be potty-training earlier, to get their children out of expensive, disposable diapers.
