I usually skip over the various articles and blog posts that are directed my way when I'm checking my email, but this morning I decided to check out this one, "The 10 Most Irritating, Least Helpful Parenting Tips Ever" because it the title immediately sounded both pertinent and snarky and I am in exactly the mood for just that.

I especially identified with the first on the list, regarding sleeping during pregnancy since the baby's arrival will mean inevitable exhaustion. Now in the third trimester of my second pregnancy, I am experiencing some general insomnia due to, well, I don't even know what. The relationship between my growing baby and my bladder? Hormones? Maybe everything.

And if someone told me to make sure and rest up before the baby comes there's a small chance that, due to my zombie-like state as of late, I might have to fight them. Although come to think of it I'm way to tired for that. Demanding they get me a cup of coffee is probably be a better option.
