Members of Wilco, including multi-instrumentalist Pat Sansone and bassist John Stirratt, will sit in with scheduled performers Sarah Lee Guthrie and Johnny Irion at the Wilco After-Party, which takes place on Aug. 1 at 10 p.m. (doors at 9 p.m.), according Nectar's Entertainment Group promoter Aaron Busick.
Sansone and Stirratt, when they aren't with Wilco, also play in a band called the Autumn Defense. Guthrie and Irion, a husband-and-wife musical duo, recently released their newest full-length album, Bright Examples (Ninth Street Opus Records), in February of 2011.
Tickets to the after-party show are $10 in advance and $12 on the day of the show (only $7 if you have a stub from the Wilco concert at the Bushnell). No other musical guests are confirmed, but who knows who'll show up.
