POSITION: HR Administrator

REPORTS TO: Director of HR, Integrated Media
ROLE: Provides varied, complex and highly confidential administrative support to Director of HR, Integrated Media and HR Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Director of HR, Integrated Media and HR Department with a variety of projects that contribute to the department and overall company goals.
- Greet and direct visitors of HR department to appropriate resource
- Answer calls and take messages for Director of HR. Place and return calls when appropriate.
- Calendar maintenance for Director of HR
- Recruitment Admin Support (ensure FCC compliance)
- Intranet maintenance
- HR reporting and data entry
- Establish and maintain a variety of confidential and sensitive office files and records, filing, etc.
- Respond to employee inquiries for information
- Office Supply orders and maintenance
- Employee Event Planning
- Type correspondence and other materials, some of a highly confidential and sensitive nature from documents, longhand or rough copy notes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Desire to advance within organization and develop Human Resources Skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Special consideration for candidates with knowledge of any or all of the following: PeopleSoft or similar HRIS system, HTML and bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a tech-savvy, fast-paced environment.
