POSITION: HR Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

REPORTS TO: Director of HR, Integrated Media

ROLE: Provides varied, complex and highly confidential administrative support to Director of HR, Integrated Media and HR Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Director of HR, Integrated Media and HR Department with a variety of projects that contribute to the department and overall company goals.
  • Greet and direct visitors of HR department to appropriate resource
  • Answer calls and take messages for Director of HR. Place and return calls when appropriate.
  • Calendar maintenance for Director of HR
  • Recruitment Admin Support (ensure FCC compliance)
  • Intranet maintenance
  • HR reporting and data entry
  • Establish and maintain a variety of confidential and sensitive office files and records, filing, etc.
  • Respond to employee inquiries for information
  • Office Supply orders and maintenance
  • Employee Event Planning
  • Type correspondence and other materials, some of a highly confidential and sensitive nature from documents, longhand or rough copy notes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Desire to advance within organization and develop Human Resources Skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Special consideration for candidates with knowledge of any or all of the following: PeopleSoft or similar HRIS system, HTML and bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a tech-savvy, fast-paced environment.
